No. We are a non-ABA practice. We provide mental health and behavioral therapy that focuses on emotional well-being, regulation, and connection. What ages do you work with? We serve children as young as 3, as well as teens and adults across the lifespan. Do you offer parent support too? Yes. We offer parent guidance sessions to equip caregivers with practical tools to support their child or teen at home. During these sessions, we help parents understand autism through a strengths-based lens, learn developmentally responsive parenting practices, and apply specific interventions that promote emotional regulation, connection, and smoother daily routines. Our goal is to empower you with skills you can confidently use beyond the therapy room. Is therapy play-based? For children, yes. Play is their language. For teens and adults, we use talk therapy, expressive therapies, and strength-based skill building. Do you diagnose autism? We can clarify mental health needs and provide therapy. For comprehensive diagnostic evaluations, we refer to autism assessment providers.
